Pourquoi on n&rsquo;acceptera cette gestion?<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;est interrog\u00e9 ma\u00eetre Patient BASHOMBE devant la presse <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maitre BASHOMBE regrette que L&rsquo;enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9lecteurs soit monaye par certains agent de la CENI en complicit\u00e9 avec la police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>J&rsquo;ai lu une interdiction de la police mettant en garde ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui monayent l&rsquo;enr\u00f4lement.
