Dans une ordonnance présidentielle lue à la RTNC ce 18 octobre 2023 , le président de la république Félix tshisekedi a nommé au Grade de Général d’Armée des FARDC:
Le général major TSHIWEWE SONGESA Christian

Tandis que sont nommés au Grade de Lieutenant-Général des FARDC:

YCHLINGOZA NDURU Jacques et
KASONGA CIBANGU Léon Richard

Le temps qu’Eddy KAPEND YRUNG est nommé, à titre exceptionnel, au Grade de Général de Brigade des Forces Armées de la RDC
