Sud-Kivu : Il y a eu naufrage à idjwi

Cinq personnes disparues et six autres sauvées de justesse, c’est le bilan du naufrage d’une pirogue motorisée, communément appelée boat, qui quittait ngabanyizo, vers chikoma en chefferie rubenga, pour katana, dans le territoire de kabare, la soirée de ce jeudi 9 septembre 2021.

Selon Amos BUYEYE, vice-président de la société civile groupement mpene, dans la chefferie Ntambuka, le surcharge serait à la base de ce nouveau cas de naufrage.

Cette pirogue était remplie des sables sur lequel 11 personnes étaient assis à son bord.

Contacté à ce sujet ce 10 septembre, Mr ngongo chishibanji, commissaire lacustre en territoire d’idjwi, confirme aussi ce naufrage et parle quant à lui de 5 personnes disparues et 4 rescapées.
